| Chris King - Director of Strategic Relations
Chris has 7 years experience in the IR industry and the various markets in which we operate. He joined the UK office of PrecisionIR in January 2000 as a Client Service Manager, where he was responsible for sales and account management for the entire PrecisionIR range of services, managing business for the FTSE 350 & small cap markets on the London Stock Exchange and the ISE. Chris completed a BA Honours degree in England. Chris transferred to the US office in July 2004 as Regional Sales Manager for Region 2. |

James Winkelmann - Account Manager
James has 5 years experience in the IR industry, having joined PrecisionIR in November 2001 as an Inventory Control Specialist. He joined the Account Management Team in July of 2002, working with PrecisionIR clients in the Western US. He now works with Kirk Brouse in the Major Accounts group, managing PrecisionIR’s Fortune/S&P 500, Nasdaq 100, and TSE 60 clients. James graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA with a B.A. in Anthropology. He began his career in restaurant management. |

Prior to joining PrecisionIR Group, Christine worked in financial services for 3 years as a team leader and problem-resolution specialist for firms such as Vanguard. She holds an MBA from the University at Albany and a Bachelors degree from Radford University. Christine joined PrecisionIR Group in July 2006 in her current role. |

Prior to joining PrecisionIR, Chris worked as a Financial Advisor for over 5 years. He started his career at Merrill Lynch and has experience in financial marketing. Chris graduated from Virginia Tech in 1998 with a degree in Accounting. He joined PrecisionIR in January 2007 in his current role. |
| Elisa Kletter - Account Manager
Prior to joining PrecisionIR, Elisa worked for 4.5 years as an account manager for Lippert/Heilshorn & Associates -- an IR agency in New York City. In that role she assisted scores of clients in setting up their quarterly earnings conference calls and webcasts -- many with Vcall! Elisa graduated from Emerson College in Boston with a bachelor's degree in mass communications. In June 2004, Elisa made the smooth transition from webcast buyer to webcast seller, when she joined Vcall in her current role. |

Prior to joining PrecisionIR, Mark spent 2.5 years working in financial marketing. A graduate of Randolph-Macon College, he has also held internships with Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Mark joined PrecisionIR in June 2006 in his current role. |
| Elaine Hinckle - Account Manager
Prior to joining PrecisionIR, Elaine worked as a Client Support Analyst supporting Investor Relations Webpages at SNL Financial in Charlottesville, VA and as a Project Manager and Software Engineer at Medical Automation Systems in Charlottesville, VA. She has an AAS in Computer Programming from Piedmont Virginia Community College and is currently pursing another degree in web design. Elaine joined PrecisionIR in June 2005 in her current role. |

John Horton - Account Manager
Originally from Canada, John is a graduate of Georgian College in Ontario. He spent 10 years in the automotive industry on both the wholesale and retail sides of the market, initially working with Canada’s largest wholesale dealer auction house and most recently in a management capacity with a major franchise Ford/Lincoln store. John joined PrecisionIR in September 2006 in his current role. |

Prior to joining PrecisionIR, Jim was with Interactive Financial Marketing Group, LLC, as National Account Manager and Manager of Dealer Services. Jim has over 25 years of sales and sales management experience at the retail and executive level in the automotive industry, with his strength in business development. Jim attended Iona College, New Rochelle NY and Gonzaga University, Spokane WA, majoring in Business Management and Philosophy. Jim joined PrecisionIR in October 2006 in his current role. |

Gary Deathe - Regional Sales Director
Prior to joining PrecisionIR, Gary worked as an investor relations professional, providing introductions to a large North American brokerage community as well as generating exposure through a nationally syndicated investment television show. He also raised significant development capital for public companies. Previously, Gary founded a global franchise in the food and beverage space and licensed the opportunity to 48 locations in 4 countries. He joined PrecisionIR in October 2004 as an Account Manager for Region 5 and was promoted to Regional Sales Director for Canada in April 2005. |
| Janette Stith - Account Manager
Prior to joining PrecisionIR Group, Janette spent over 5 years working in the telecommunications industry. She transitioned to marketing where she spent 2.5 years handling PR, event coordination and print design. She holds a Bachelors degree from Centenary College in NJ. Janette joined PrecisionIR Group in March 2007 in her current role. |
