Vodium webcasting changes name to Vcall
PrecisionIR Group completes integration of Vodium services into their Vcall web events platform
RICHMOND, VA – March 10, 2008 – PrecisionIR Group, a worldwide provider of online investor relations services and web-based communication solutions, today announced that it is changing the name of its Vodium webcasting division to Vcall. PrecisionIR Group acquired the Washington D.C. based Vodium in August of 2007. Following the acquisition, Vodium’s extensive library of rich-media capabilities have been integrated into the Vcall product line.
“Combining Vodium’s technology with Vcall’s platform will give users of both services access to additional features,” says Steve Schneider, Chief Executive Officer of PrecisionIR Group. “Our goal is to anticipate the needs of our clients and offer solutions that enable them to create better communications for their targeted audience.”

PrecisionIR will continue to use the Vodium name within the US Government pending a name change to the Vodium GSA contracts.
