PrecisionIR Names Steven L. Schneider Chief Executive Officer
Veteran Financial Services Executive to Lead PrecisionIR to
Next Level of Growth and Success through
Expansion of Products and Services
RICHMOND, VA – June 26, 2007 – PrecisionIR Group, a worldwide provider of online investor relations services and web-based communications solutions, today announced the appointment of Steven L. Schneider as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Schneider brings to his new position extensive expertise in technology designed to support financial services and investor relations.
PrecisionIR, formerly known as WILink plc, was acquired by SV Investment Partners (“SV”), a private equity firm investing in business services companies in the lower middle market, in June 2006. As CEO, Mr. Schneider succeeds William Olson, an SV Operating Partner and PrecisionIR Board member, who was serving as interim CEO. Mr. Schneider’s appointment is effective immediately.

Mr. Schneider brings more than two decades of operational and management experience to PrecisionIR, including several focused on investor relations and technology during the eight years he served as President and CEO of the Financial Information Division of Primark/Disclosure (now part of Thomson Financial). While there (from 1992-2000), he played a key role in transforming it into a global financial products and services company, managing multiple acquisitions and divestures. He subsequently became the Chairman and CEO of Ilumin Software Services, Inc. (2001-2006) where he oversaw the transformation of the Company from a start-up to a market leading provider of email compliance, archiving and litigation support applications. In October 2005, under Mr. Schneider’s tenure, Ilumin was sold to Computer Associates (NYSE:CA). Mr. Schneider received an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Detroit and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
