Richmond, VA and New York, NY - March 22, 2005 – WILink plc (LSE: WLK or WLK.L), a worldwide provider of online investor relations services and web-based communications solutions, and the American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) announced today a relationship to offer WILink’s PrecisionIR™ investor communication services to Amex-listed companies. This program is aimed at helping public companies communicate more effectively with investors through increased visibility and web-based information services like Investor Relations websites, corporate webcasts and investor forums.

“We know that Amex-listed companies are proactive about communicating with investors”, said John McGonegal, Senior Vice President of the Amex Equities Group. “The PrecisionIR suite of services gives our companies the tools to reach a wide audience of investors with the in-depth information that investors want. We’ve worked with PrecisionIR for the past few years and we think their programs are effective.”

The PrecisionIR™ program specifically for Amex-listed companies includes an a la carte range of services from which the companies can mix and match to meet their specific investor relations’ needs. Companies can choose from webcasts of quarterly earnings announcements, Investor Relations website management, sector specific Investor Forums, and the Annual Reports Service to get their news and information out to investors easily and directly.

“We’re pleased to see our relationship with the Amex grow,” said Patrick Galleher, Chief Operating Officer of WILink, North America. “The high net-worth and institutional investors using our services to identify potential investments will have access to information about more of the unique investment opportunities on the American Stock Exchange.  The goal of our PrecisionIR program is improving communication between companies and investors.”
